Mission ~

I intend to keep a safe, grounded & centering space open, working toward deep restfulness, healing and expanded awareness.  I intend to co-observe & help in the reception of deeper somatic insights, encouraging patients toward their higher intention:  a more fruitfully abundant life.

And in all practicality, I aim to cooperatively observe tangible & measurable physical gains throughout the process of experiential self-care & study; helping discern useful new information integrated into individuals' growing wellness body/vocabulary; as well as tailoring & coaching new ways of moving the whole body, joyfully, harmoniously, with fewer limitations.

Personal ~

In addition to playing outside with my friends and family, I enjoy receiving bodywork regularly, eating real food (when possible) and keeping an active imagination.  Presently, I am greatly enjoying the art of balancing objects found engaging, at any given moment.  I enjoy exploring & discovering novel entry points into meditation.

I have happily & humbly responded to my life's calling and therefrom embark on a journey into being a transformative bodyworker and steward of optimism, earnestly giving what I know and very faithfully sharing something greater.

Mission ~

My intentions are to provide holistic care to my clients by providing self-care activities, nutritional advice, and compassionate touch.  I use a variety of massage techniques to address the needs of each individual.  I love working with individuals who are ready to listen to their body, are proactive with their health & healing, and seeking personal growth, mentally, physically & spiritually.
A depth of practical & professional experience guides me, in addressing each massage with a curiosity and open mind.  By taking into account the daily lifestyle habits, job related stresses, exercise routines and personal goals, we can address the body in a more holistic way.

Personal ~

I love receiving bodywork regularly, practicing Bikraham Hot Yoga, reading, hiking, camping, and road trips with my family.  I enjoy cooking, knitting, crafts and spending time with my daughter.  I am continually seeking to further my education, independently studying herbalism, taking classes in bodywork, and other fields of interest.  I am currently enrolled in a Holistic Health Practice class, seeking to become a Holistic Health Practitioner, in order to better serve my clients’ needs and health related questions.
